All information related to placing an order such as your billing address, shipping address, credit card information and email address is used to only process your order. We do not share this information with outside parties.
Shipping
The goal of LByLaMeEl.com is to provide a wide selection of products 24 hours-a-day. We will make every attempt to ship your order in the same day the order is placed. Our normal order processing time is between 1 to 5 business days.*Orders may be delayed due to bad weather, incorrect address information, different shipping and billing address information, or availability of the product.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.
***All domestic shipping is a flat rate of $2.95 for the US Mainland , $5.00 for Alaska andHawaii,and $6.00 Canadaunless specified
Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to APO or FPO addresses, P.O. Boxes or International addresses. We do not ship any orders on Saturday or Sunday.
Return Policy
For items that are damaged upon arrival, have manufacturing defect, or shipped out in error, please send them back to us for full credit onto your store account. All other returns will be subjected up to 30% restocking fee. All returns should be within 10 days of package receipt date.
